Jérôme de La Brosse joins X-PM as Associate Director to further strengthen the development and expertise of the HR department, drawing on his 25 years’ experience in leading companies such as Safran, Zodiac Aerospace and L’Oréal.
X-PM, the leading global provider of interim management services, appoints Jérôme de La Brosse, 52, as Associate Director. With a solid background in human resources and international expertise acquired in industries such as aerospace and cosmetics, Jérôme brings a strategic vision to support the HR transformations of X-PM clients.
In an environment where human resources play a key role – from talent management to digital transformation and international expansion – Jérôme will put his knowledge of complex, multicultural environments to good use. His mission is to support X-PM’s growth and reinforce its position as a benchmark in interim management, both in France and internationally.
A former HR Director at Safran, Zodiac Aerospace and L’Oréal, Jérôme led generalist and specialist HR teams on a wide range of projects: talent development, leadership, HR process efficiency and workforce planning. He has also steered organizational transformations, while developing expertise in labor relations management, career planning and international HR coordination.

This combined academic and hands-on expertise strengthens his ability to support companies in their strategic and organizational projects.
