With over 25 years’ experience in heavy industry, Philippe Enxérian has acquired in-depth expertise in managing complex, competitive industrial projects.
He began his career in 1993 with the American Senior Group, where he was Plant Manager from 1995 to 1997, before joining the German automotive supplier Isringhausen as Subsidiary Managing Director.
From 2002 to 2014 at Technip, he held the positions of CEO of Flexi France, VP Onshore Business Unit and VP Strategic Projects.
Since 2015, he has supported Deeptech companies by investing in their development and coaching their managers. Philippe has also chaired UIMM Normandie and works with 60,000 Rebonds to help entrepreneurs.
He joined X-PM in April 2023 to support the development of the Industry division, particularly in the high-tech sector.
Philippe is a graduate engineer from the École Centrale de Lyon and holds a DEA in Materials Engineering from INSA Lyon.
