Peyman Kargar began his career within the Renault-Nissan Alliance, where he held various leadership roles encompassing all areas of the automotive industry, from product design to engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and luxury brand management. He was then appointed as a member of Nissan’s Executive Committee in Japan and Chairman of INFINITI Motor Company in June 2020, where he led an unprecedented rejuvenation of products and profits recovery.
As the Chairman and Senior Vice President for the Africa, Middle East, and India region at Nissan, he oversees operations in over 80 countries, achieving remarkable results and strengthening Nissan’s presence in these regions. Continuing in this trajectory, he joined X-PM as Managing Partner to head the new office in Dubai and contribute to the growth of the Middle East and Africa region.
Peyman Kargar holds an MBA from London Business School and an engineering degree from INSA Lyon.
