Ollivier Lemal has been a leading professional in interim management and fast-track executive recruitment for investment funds for 15 years.
Ollivier Lemal began his career with operational liabilities in major international groups, first with Shell in France and Germany, then with Hewlett-Packard as head of commercial administration and supply chain. In 1986, he joined Intertechnique, now Safran, as Managing Director of its European IT subsidiaries.
He then founded and managed two AMF-approved investment funds specializing in turnaround situations: Rénovation from 1988 to 1997, then Plantagenet from 1998 to 2008, when he joined EIM (Executive Interim Management) as a Partner, then ran the EIM office in France for 7 years and joined its Executive Committee at international level.
He joined X-PM in September 2023 to actively develop the Private Equity market, enabling X-PM to become a key partner for investment funds. He will also focus on strengthening X-PM’s international presence to meet the growing needs of companies worldwide.
Ollivier Lemal is a graduate of ESCP Europe and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
