Frank Barone, with a career spanning over 35 years in process industry and B2B service companies, brings a dual background in General Management and Finance. This expertise has been acquired through a wide range of projects, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, integration, internalization of transformation projects and restructuring.
He spent 18 years in management positions in finance for industrial groups such as Veolia, Lafarge, Chargeurs and Emin Leydier, and 17 years as Managing Director of several companies in the AURA region, including Brenntag, LVL Médical and Tetra.
His arrival at X-PM in May 2023 as Associate Director has strengthened the team at X-PM’s Lyon office, to develop the company’s business in the AURA region in the industry and BtoB Services sectors.
Frank is a graduate of ESCP Business School and remains an active member of its alumni network in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.
