Eric-Jean Pankowski began his career at Dassault Systèmes in a context of transformation and development. He held international sales positions, before moving to the Finance Department.
After creating a group of 4 value-added service companies in Montreal, he organized the restructuring of a B2B distribution group in France. He then joined Peat Marwick Consultants to develop business consulting for major accounts undergoing transformation, before developing a new approach to executive consulting, by executives, by creating a group of operational strategy firms based on seniority and business expertise.
Eric-Jean Pankowski then returned to Finance to transform, organize and finance a scale-up in the high-tech sector. He then helped set up, run and develop a key player in interim management and executive consulting.
He joined X-PM’s finance team in September 2019, where he developed expertise in Higher Education, while also supporting the development of Aero Defense.
Eric-Jean Pankowski is an HEI Lille engineer, holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC Executive Education, is an IHEDN auditor and holds two HEC Executive certificates.
