Bernard Weill

Bernard WEILL is a graduate engineer from École Centrale de Nantes and Supelec.

He also holds a diploma from the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce.

Certified Mediator of the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre CMAP-ESCP.                                    

Bernard has spent his entire career with Groupe PSA, where he started in 1977 in the IT department, then held a number of HR and industrial project management positions. In 2002, in the middle of his career, he spent two years managing the Saint Ouen plant. In 2014, he was appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) HR and Projects Europe Region, in charge of HR coordination and strategic projects for European plants and sales subsidiaries. Then in 2016, in addition to his previous position, he was appointed SVP for the India-Pacific Region, and from 2018 onwards he was responsible for advising Comex on strategic transformation projects (India, PSA/Opel convergence, etc.).

In 2019, he founded his own company, ECMS, which advises corporate executives on change management, industrial strategy optimization, HR support for transformation projects and cross-company collaboration.

For the past 3 years, Bernard has also been National Mediator Delegate for Business Mediation at the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery.
