The Alixio Group has finalized its acquisition of a majority stake in X-PM, the leader in premium interim management in France and abroad for 22 years.
With this acquisition, which strengthens and broadens its offering, the Alixio Group consolidates its position as French leader in supporting companies in their transformations with high social and human impact, and ranks among the top three companies specialized in interim management in France and Europe.
With X-PM and Réseau 137 (managed by Muriel Bolteau), the Alixio Group will offer a new approach to talent access, combining conventional recruitment methods with the precision and agility of interim management at a time when companies are looking for profiles and demanding quality and swift recruitments.
