Jérôme de La Brosse has an extensive experience in human resources, developed across diverse industries such as aerospace and cosmetics.
As a former HR Director at Safran, Zodiac Aerospace, and L’Oréal, he has successfully led both generalist and specialized HR teams on strategic initiatives, including talent development, leadership enhancement, HR process optimization, and workforce planning. Jérôme has also driven major organizational transformations while building strong expertise in labor relations, career management, and international HR coordination.
In December 2024, he joined X-PM as Associate Director to contribute to the growth and expertise of our HR practice, backed by more than 25 years of experience.
Jérôme holds degrees from CIFFOP and the École Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr and has completed INSEAD’s Global Leadership for Growth program.
