Press release : X-PM strengthens its teams with the nomination of François Feugier as Associate Director for Aerospace, Rail and Industry
François Feugier, former Chief Operating Officer at Zodiac Aerospace, joins X-PM as Associate Director
to support growth and consolidate its position in this strategic segment.
François Feugier began his career as an R&D engineer in Japan for Air Liquide. In 1987, he joined Renault and specialized in operational excellence, encompassing production, methods and projects.
Between 1991 and 1995, he worked for Lebranchu as Project Manager, then Technical Director. In 1995, he joined Valeo as Quality Director of the Safety Systems Division, before becoming Director of the North America Division and then Director of the Climate Control Division. In 2011, he became Director of Operations for rail equipment manufacturer Faiveley Transport. From 2015 to 2018, he was COO of Zodiac Aerospace, an aerospace equipment supplier acquired in February 2018 by the Safran group.
After leading the integration of Zodiac Aerospace into the Safran group for a year, he set up as an independent industrial expert in February 2019 and joined EIM in 2021 as a Partner. He then began field assignments focusing on operational excellence, advised investment funds and start-ups in the field of Industry 4.0, and supported industrial ETI managers through BPI France’s ETI Accelerator program.

François is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris (1985), IAE Paris (1990), and Sciences Po Paris in 2019 (Certificat d’Administrateur de Sociétés).
