François Feugier began his career as an R&D engineer in Japan for Air Liquide. In 1987, he joined Renault and specialized in operational excellence (production, methods, projects).
Between 1991 and 1995, he was in turn project manager and technical director at Lebranchu. Joining Valeo in 1995 as quality director of the passenger compartment safety branch, he was then director of the division in North America and then of the passenger compartment thermal control panel division.
In 2011, he became director of operations for the railway equipment manufacturer Faiveley Transport. From 2015 to 2018, he held the position of operations director at Zodiac Aerospace, an aeronautical equipment manufacturer acquired in February 2018 by the Safran group.
After leading the integration of Zodiac Aerospace within the Safran group for a year, he moved in February 2019 as an independent industrial expert and joined EIM as a Partner. He then carries out field missions in operational excellence, advises investment funds and Industry 4.0 start-ups, and supports managers of industrial ETIs through the BPI France ETI Accelerator program.
François graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris (1985), IAE Paris (1990), and Sciences Po Paris in 2019 (Corporate Director Certificate. He joined X-PM in September 2024 to support its growth and and consolidate its position in this strategic segment.
