Marc Sevestre joins X-PM as Senior Business Advisor to support and strengthen the company’s position as world leader in transition management. Marc will increase X-PM’s reach to its Financial Services clients, especially in the insurance industry.
Paris, July 05, 2024 – X-PM, the world leader in transition management, appoints Marc Sevestre as Senior Business Advisor. Marc Sevestre brings to X-PM a dual expertise in international strategy and general management, as well as solid experience in the insurance industry, acquired over a career spanning more than 40 years in leading companies in the United States and Europe that have undergone significant transformation.
His know-how and expertise in strategic development and international project management enable him to support managers in their transformation and performance improvement projects.

Marc SEVESTRE graduated from Science Po Paris with an MBA in Tax and Finance and a Masters in Economics, and began his career at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris, before working in New York as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Chase Manhattan Bank. After returning to Europe, he became head of European strategy for AIG Life and was subsequently promoted to CEO of AIG Life Companies in Western Europe. After the acquisition of these entities by MetLife, he was appointed Executive Vice President and CEO of MetLife Western Europe, while also holding the position of International Marketing Director.
Marc then founded his own consulting company, “One Plus One Equals Three”, and an insurance brokerage firm, “Je Suis Bien Assuré” (JSBA), specialized in insurance products for the senior market. He is also a business angel and strategic advisor to various FinTech companies, and has served on several boards, including PCCW and Aviva.
Marc Sevestre joins X-PM in July 2024 as Senior Business Advisor.
