Natalie Valin

Over the past 15 years, Natalie Valin successfully managed a number of HR positions within French and international groups. Most notably, she played a key role in the creation of the HR department within the Adecco group, where she supported the company’s growth and transformation from an HR point of view.

She also led the merger of Ajilon IT Consulting and Datavance Informatique, now Modis, before joining Imperial Tobacco as HR Director for the France Division, before joining X-PM in August 2018.

Natalie Valin is a graduate of Neoma Business School Rouen and holds an MBA in management from Laval University in Canada. She completed her studies with an applied postgraduate degree at HEC Paris, as well as a Leadership Development program at IMD Lausanne and EM Lyon.
