Karlygash joined X-PM in 2017 as a Executive Director of WIL Group, a global interim management network operating in thirteen member countries, of which X-PM is a co-founder.
She holds a PhD in Political Science from the IEP in Paris, and began her career in public institutions, before moving into the private sector to support European companies in Central Asian countries and Russia.
